Classic Filterless Hoods
Classic Filterless Hoods are used in processes where there is no oil or water vapor, particularly for the purpose of removing air from the environment. These types of hoods can also be used effectively in applications such as welding fume extraction. The condensation channel surrounding the hood plays an important role in vapor and moisture management.
AISI 304 stainless steel is used in production, while galvanized or AISI 316 stainless steel options are also available upon customer request. The hood body is made of brushed-finish AISI 304 quality stainless steel, and the main elements are joined with leak-proof connections for easy installation. Sealed elements or welded connections are used where necessary. The corners of the hood are rounded, free of burrs, and feature a condensation channel. The bottom corners are welded to prevent harmful water dripping. This design ensures that the hood is both functional and durable.
