Cell Aspirator
Cell Aspirator is an industrial fan system used in various applications such as kitchen hood systems, industrial production areas, welding fume extraction, WC areas, cafes and general ventilation areas. This system is effectively used in suction/blowing processes to change the air in environments that need ventilation. The product is manufactured in a long-lasting and leak-proof structure and EPDM gaskets are used for sealing.
Exterior panels are painted with electrostatic powder paint, while unpainted or stainless options are also available upon customer request. It can be produced with ATEX certificate and aluminum profile is used as frame profile. Panel thickness is 50 mm and there is 50 mm thick rock wool insulation material with a density of 70 kg/m³ between the inner and outer sheet. Roof sheet is used for outdoor devices and the device base is 2 mm thick. The fan base has a spring to prevent vibration. In applications such as kitchen systems that require hot air exhaust, the motor can be produced outside the air flow. In addition, equipment such as metal filter, G4 filter, F7 filter can be added inside the cell.
