Low Pressure Snail Fans
Low Pressure Snail Fans have a wide range of uses from clean and light dusty fluid suction, cooling, ventilation, drying, mechanical draft and toxic gas exhaust. These fans are manufactured from high quality and corrosion resistant S355 steel and coated with epoxy paint. The fans are radial with backward curved blades and the drive system can be manufactured with belt pulley, direct coupling or elastic clutch. The temperature of the sucked fluid must not be higher than 80°C; for higher temperatures, modifications must be made in the fan manufacturing.
ExProof manufacturing is also possible, so it can be used safely in hazardous environments. For corrosive and high temperature operating conditions, stainless steel sheet can also be manufactured. Snail Fans, as indispensable devices of ventilation systems, are ideal for meeting the ventilation needs in systems with high flow rate and high pressure loss. They are widely preferred in heating, cooling systems, dust and chip suction lines, ambient ventilation and industrial applications.
ABF series are single suction, high efficiency and low noise level snail fans. The maximum temperature of the suction fluid should be 120°C; modifications to the fan manufacturing are required for higher temperature operation. The body is made of S235 steel and all surfaces are coated with corrosion resistant epoxy paint. For corrosive and high temperature environments, it can be manufactured from stainless steel. The fan drive is available with belt-driven, direct coupled or coupling system options. Optionally, Ex-Proof manufacturing is also available. These features make Low Pressure Snail Fans a suitable and effective solution for industrial and commercial applications.
