Axial Fan Apparatus
Axial Fan Units are ideal for large enclosed spaces with ceiling heights of 4 meters and above. These include warehouses, hangars, workshops, gyms, garages, and production facilities. Made from high-quality corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, these units offer long-term durability and reliability.
An important feature of the unit is the self-contained aluminum axial fan used for air blowing. These fans provide high efficiency and reliable performance. Optionally, a plastic impeller option is also available to suit different operating conditions.
For heating requirements, the units are equipped with copper-tubed and aluminum-finned heating coils. These coils enhance energy efficiency by providing effective heat transfer. The units are manufactured as standard with a hot water operating regime of 90°C/70°C and capacities ranging from 4,100 to 24,200 kcal/h. Upon request, units can be manufactured to operate with hot water and steam.
The body of the heater is made of high-quality galvanized steel that is resistant to corrosion, and all surfaces are protected. The heating coil is made of copper tubing and aluminum fins. The electric motor is designed to operate at 230 V - 50 Hz as standard, but can be manufactured to operate at other voltages and frequencies upon request. The motors are Class F, S1, IP55 certified and meet high safety standards.
