Axial Smoke Exhaust Fans
Axial Smoke Exhaust Fans are designed for use in ventilation systems in all types of industrial areas, shopping malls, residences, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, and homes. These fans are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel and feature propellers made of specially alloyed aluminum with adjustable blade angles.
The manufactured products are tested according to the EN 12101-3 Standard and are fire certified to withstand operation at 300°C for 2 hours. These fans are available in various diameters ranging from Ø400mm to Ø1250mm, and depending on the project, options include dual-direction, single-direction, dual-speed, and single-speed models. For situations where noise levels are critical, a silencer can be added to reduce noise levels.
Axial fire smoke exhaust fans are ideal for removing smoke generated by a fire. Thanks to their compact design, they can be directly installed in air ducts, shafts, roof floors, or any other required position. X-Y/FWA model fans are certified by internationally accredited organizations for fire resistance, capable of operating for 2 hours at 300°C and 2 hours at 400°C, and offer capacities ranging from 4,000 m³/h to 140,000 m³/h.
The motors are Class H, S1+S2, IP55 certified, withstanding 300°C for 2 hours or 400°C for 2 hours, and are available in single-speed or dual-speed versions. The radial induction fan inside the compact casing is made of S235 quality steel and is manufactured to be suitable for use at 380 V – 50 Hz as standard or at other voltages and frequencies such as 400/415/440 V – 50 Hz upon request. - X Compact design radial induction fan made of S235 quality steel. (380 V – 50 Hz) standard, can also be manufactured in other voltages and frequencies. Class H, S1+S2, IP55, withstands 400 degrees for 2 hours.
