Sand Trap Roller Shutter
Sand Trap Louver is designed to prevent substances such as sand, dust and snow from entering the system at the fresh air intake points of ventilation systems. Thanks to its vertically positioned blades, it allows the captured particles to be easily ejected through the holes under the louver, which helps the louver to clean itself. Available in sizes from 150 mm x 150 mm up to 1950 mm x 1950 mm, this roller shutter can also be supplied in larger sizes with group assembly. Galvanized sheet metal frame and blades offer durability and long life. The louver throat has a standard 10 mm x 10 mm bird wire and is painted with RAL 9010 electrostatic powder paint as standard, but can also be painted in different RAL codes upon customer request. Thanks to its high corrosion resistance, it provides effective protection even in harsh weather conditions.
General Features
- X Sand Catcher Louver is used in ventilation systems at fresh air inlet points to prevent sand, dust, snow, etc. from entering the system.
- X The blades are positioned vertically so that the captured parts can be easily disposed of through the holes under the roller shutter. In this way, the roller shutter is self-cleaning.
- X It can be produced as a single piece from 150 mm x 150 mm up to 1950 mm x 1950 mm. Group assembly is made in higher sizes.
- X Frame and wings are made of galvanized sheet.
- X The shutter throat is equipped with 10 mm x 10 mm bird wire as standard.
- X It is painted with RAL 9010 electrostatic powder paint as standard. It can also be painted in different RAL codes upon customer request. It has high corrosion resistance.
