Non-Return Damper

Non-Return Damper opens with the airflow and pressure generated by the fan motor in ventilation systems and automatically closes when the fan motor stops. This feature prevents small creatures such as rain, dust, birds, and insects from entering the system when it is not in operation. In parallel multi-fan systems, it prevents air from escaping back through the non-operating fan group. Additionally, in pressurized ventilation systems, it reduces excessive pressure by opening its blades when positive pressure rises excessively. It provides a rapid response mechanism against pressure differentials that may occur due to dampers that close suddenly, such as fire dampers and airtight dampers. This damper is an important component that enhances the system's efficiency and safety.

General Features

It opens with the airflow and pressure generated by the fan motor in ventilation systems. It closes when the fan motor stops.
Prevents rain, dust, birds, and insects from entering the system when it is not in operation.
In parallel fan systems (multi-fan system), it prevents air from escaping from the non-operating fan group.
In pressurized ventilation systems, it opens its blades when the positive pressure exceeds the desired level and reduces the excess pressure. This allows it to respond quickly to pressure differentials caused by dampers that close suddenly, such as fire dampers and airtight dampers.
